Working closely with our customers and partners, Bluewater Defense has the ability to move quickly from developing a single Prototype/Product Demonstration Model (PDM) to small production runs (500 – 1,000+/units). Our advanced prototyping capability allows for quick turn-around from ideation to product realization, with an average of 2-3 days from spec to finished goods and a capability of producing 5-10 new PDMs/prototypes per month. With more than 1,800 machines ranging from Pellon Lining fusing equipment, automated digital Gerber cutting machines, testing equipment, Gore seam-sealing machines, die cutters and 450+ fully automated sewing machines; Bluewater Defense is fully equipped to help you turn even the most intricate garment designs into reality.
